These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between CloudTec Dili Unipessoal LDA and our clients regarding the provision of technical and digital infrastructure services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
CloudTec Dili provides professional services across four primary technical domains:
Cooling & HVAC: Preventive maintenance, installation of VRF systems, and 24/7 emergency care.
IT & Digital Infrastructure: Professional networking, fiber-optic installation, and the provision of "Small Business Digital Kits".
Electrical Engineering: Residential and commercial wiring, energy efficiency upgrades, and installation of certified safety materials.
Security Tech: Installation and integration of high-definition IP camera systems and smart monitoring solutions.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful execution of technical projects, the client must:
Site Access: Provide our technicians with safe and timely access to the physical location for audits, installations, or repairs.
Accurate Information: Provide necessary technical details, such as existing network configurations or building blueprints, required for project design.
Approvals: Obtain all necessary permits or landlord permissions required for structural changes, such as AC mounting or electrical panel upgrades.
3. Warranty & Liability
Service Guarantee: We guarantee that all installations are performed according to international safety and technical standards.
Material Warranty: Warranty for physical hardware (such as routers, AC compressors, or circuit breakers) is provided by the respective manufacturers, though CloudTec will assist in the claims process during the service period.
Limitation of Liability: CloudTec Dili is not liable for damages caused by external factors beyond our control, such as regional power surges, extreme weather events in the Dili region, or unauthorized tampering with systems after handover.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Quotations: All technical proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the site audit.
Deposits: A deposit may be required before the procurement of specialized materials or the commencement of major infrastructure projects.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled site visit to avoid a technician mobilization fee.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Timor-Leste. Any disputes arising from these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dili.
